Coordination

  • Process network user checklists for new hires, promotions, transfers; as well as process termination checklists for fired/exiting employees for DSSW, Lifespan, and CDS companies.

  • Process medical record requests via officewyse/healthwyse portal for local and remote locations for audits.

  • Coordinate and conduct HIM orientations for on-boarding employees for DSSW, Lifespan, and CDS locally and remotely via ring central meetings.

  • Edit/update/change HIM orientation information to better train and educate on-boarding employees and current employees to be more efficient at their position duties.

  • Create/distribute training quizzes in regard to the HIM orientation to evaluate knowledge and understanding. Release evaluations and results to supervisors.

  • Coordinate shipments/ pickups of employee equipment for remote locations via LSO portal ( On-call cell phones, laptops, tablets, workstations etc.) as well as projects.

  • Coordinate with HR and IT to process access sheets for employees.

  • Handle mail pickup for HIM department.

  • Maintain all fax group accesses, as well as update fax roaster for all companies and locations.

  • Coordinate and send out daily sync reminders for all database users from Connect Watch Report for all sites (RN's, Trainers, Program Directors, Case Managers, Administrators etc.), as well as sync on location databases with no user.

  • Coordinate and conduct re-installations for disabled databases remotely and local.

  • Fax, scan, and print HIM documentations. Save and place in appropriate locations.

  • Forward un-routed faxes to proper DSSW, LS, or CDS Offices.

  • Request databases for new RN's, CM's, PD's etc. via healthwyse portal.

  • Administrate Verizon portal and AT&T portal for employee cellphone updates/ swaps/changes/ forwards/ suspensions and tablet services.

  • Provide additional support as needed

  • Coordinate with IT to handle IT ticket submissions.

  • Coordinate with HR for payroll deductions for cell phone insurance requests, and compensations for lost/ damaged/ stolen devices.

  • Pull hard drives and inventory recycled to be equipment via excel spreadsheet ( recording make/model, serial number, and model number.)
