Project Supervision. Spearheaded and led numerous new team and departmental projects, including;
Researching and implementing the online class registration software including licensing domain for WhittierRec.com.
Researching and implementing software for the monthly community e-blasts. Including design, format, and results reporting for the PRCS department.
Implementation of the Brochure Export Module from CLASS to the QUARK publication software to produce the quarterly Community Services Guide.
Capital Projects. Researching and preparing of large capital item bids including:
Complete replaster and retiling of the 300,500 gallon Palm Park Pool.
Replacement of the Center Theater sound system including 48 channel sound board, wireless mic's and technician communication system.
Efficiency rated upgrade for commercial pool heater and replacement of automated chemical controller.

Grants & Budgets. Applied for and received Community Block Grant funds to operate two Los Angeles County summer pools. Proposed the budget, maintained the proper accounting, and partnered with the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors' office.
