Review and evaluate all reports written for Family and Intrapersonal Violence submitted by the officers. Manage client caseload via Case Management System. Assists with complaint forms; takes photos of complainants; sends any pertinent evidence to the Special Victims' Unit. Provides necessary crisis intervention. Makes initial determination of services needed by clients and makes appropriate agency referrals. Conducts periodic home visits to clients when necessary. Assists with the Office of the Attorney General's Crime Victim Compensation application. Works in conjunction with the Department of Family and Protective Services when necessary. Organize and prioritize assigned reports. Attends weekly Roll Call sessions. Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
