Health Occupations Students of America 2010-2014
Advised students in a national organization to help foster medical skills, job training, and career readiness. 200 member chapter consistently placed students in national championship, and won national recognition for the strongest development in the nation in 2011.
Biomedical Career Academy 2009-2014
Worked with a small team of teachers to create a self contained pathway for students interested in medical careers, preparing all types of learners for careers post-high school. CTE pathway was aligned with the University of Alaska and Project Lead the Way and was a data driven, hands on approach to student learning that yielded direct results as well as state-wide recognition.
