Fatherhood Outreach Campaign:
Increased awareness for the Fatherhood Outreach campaign in the Montbello, Green Valley Ranch and Stapleton communities. This program educated fathers towards building healthy relationship with their children, while supporting their child's financial needs. The Fatherhood Outreach program provided support groups, job training, job placement and educational classes. A high level of patron loyalty was demonstrated through my customer service proficiency and communications skills to bring awareness towards the male populations within the various communities. I Consistently achieved 98% customer service rating by exhibiting a positive attitude, listening and building trust.

Process Intake Improvement Leadership Development Team
Increased efficiency by reviewing and approving sixty-four (64) new policy and procedures, for the child support department. The Leadership team provided training, support, clarity and guidance on various types of legal cases. It also ensured that the department mission and vision was in alignment with the organizations core values.

Colorado Re-Hire Innovation Program
This program aligned non-custodial parents towards transitional employment which combines job skill training, education, wage-paid work for individuals facing barriers in the workforce. Developed and collaborated with Goodwill industries, Colorado Workforce and other agencies to design a methodology approach towards non-custodial parents re-entering the workforce after being incarcerated. The program was designed to educate and promote self-sufficiency within the inmate population, so child support obligations could be meet. Continue to provide information towards this program during child support interviews.

Works directly within the court in order to interview gathers information, defining problems, establishes facts and draws valid conclusions, or makes referrals to clients. Determines if cases fall under the following criteria's: modifications, establishment and enforcement. Prepares and processes and monitors paperwork for all administrative processes, makes recommendations for court referrals and prepares cases. Receives and responds to customer contacts. Performs locate activities. Completes case notes. Explains and interprets case, financial, medical information, to customer or appropriate party.
