HP Products was losing money and in the work out department at Chase. Also, highly leveraged and cash flow was an issue. Over a six year period the performance steadily improved both on top and bottom line and after a nine month process searching for the best partner, which I lead, HP Products was bought by Ferguson Enterprises for a multiple higher than the Industry standard.
Accomplished this by;
I currently have responsibility for Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Pricing, HR, IT and M&A.
Increased sales from $5.5M to $11.0M by improving Marketing (Search Engine Optimization, Pay per click, Website navigation)
CFO for the North American Luxury brands division.
