I also like to include that while working at Kearny County Hospital I worked in numerous other departments. Such as Surgical Scrub Teach for 1 year, In the Family Health Center for 1 year, worked in Home Health at Kearny County Hospital for approx. 5 years, and worked as Activity Director for 3 years. I enjoyed every position that I worked their. I wanted to learn as much as I could within the hospital area. All of the above jobs were while I was at KCH for numerous years. It is a area that is busy, in which I like to be. I have worked with many different types of managers and the most successful ones were honest, fair and worked hard. That is how I plan to carry myself in my new position. I have always cared about patients as well as the staff I worked with. We are all like one big family when you work at a small, rural hospital. I will do everything that is expected of me and more. I would really like the opportunity to work for and with you all.
A little bit about myself is, I have a husband of 38 years who is a RN at Kearny County Hospital. I have four grown children, and 2 younger ones. I also have 9 Grand Children. I have always been around the medical field due to family. My mother-in-law was an RN at KCH, Sister-in-law was a Chief Nursing Officer at KCH, Daughter-in-law is a CNA/CMA, Son worked in Maintence, and my youngest of the older four has worked as CNA/Scrub Tech/ Unit Secretary. I love being out doors, and spending time with family.
