Summary

I have a background in sales, life and health insurance, cars, retail, and real estate. I grew up in the rental business. My grandparents supplemented the agricultural income with rental income. So I grew up inspecting, collecting, and doing minor repairs on their rental properties and at one time owned my own. I trained as a real estate appraiser and I have built custom cabinets and wooden furniture for houses and house boats. I can do minor repairs to floors, plumbing, drywall, porches, cabinets, and some electrical. I have done pests control, and can spray for weeds.
