I've been working in customer service jobs since Aug 2007. I started out at Winn Dixie my Junior year of high school and worked for them moving from a Cashier to a Customer Service Lead over the years. I left Winn Dixie to work as an Administrative Assistant for Gulf Coast Dermatology. I worked for Gulf Coast Dermatology running errands and doing file work for the Business Administrator before taking over a small department within the company and assisting the Call Center, Billing department, and Transcription/Medical Records department. After graduating from Gulf Coast State College in May 2012, I moved to Pensacola, FL to attend the University of West Florida. After arriving in Pensacola I began working for Panera Bread in August 2012.
