I was working for medicaid and often had to communicate with doctors and nurses regarding bills and claims that had either been approved or denied and having to tell them the reason they were denied. Also had to look up certain codes for authorization and had to make sure the problem claims were getting resolved and sent to the department they needed to be sent to in order to get them corrected.
