I have three years experience working in the food and restaurant industry. I began working in Little Italy at the age of fourteen at Vaccaros Italian Pastry Shop where I worked at for almost two years from there I moved to Jimmys Famous Seafood, Mission BBQ and now Slice of Towson. Each restaurant has broadened my knowledge and taught me more and more skills in the restaurant industry. Over the course of three years I've acquired skills such as good communication, flexibility, high energy, professionalism, and my all time top priority is to always go the extra mile for a customer going above the bare minimum to ensure a great experience. These are all aspects that produces a great restaurant atmosphere. As a hostess it would be my obligation to represent La Scala and leave customers with a great impression of the restaurant.
