As a Cadet I volunteered at Milford fire department. My responsibility's were to know where every tool or piece of equipment was on every single truck. I also was required to be at training and have CPR training. Cadets would respond to calls and help on scene in any way that they could. eventually i started to help train the cadets in my last couple years.
As a Firefighter I was required to take classes for my Firefighter 1 & 2 along with my EMT Basic. I respond to calls and go to training. Additionally I would help with the training for the Cadet program. Milford fire has taught me a lot about caring for the patient and my fellow coworkers.
My responsibilities as a Carpenter required me to constantly learn and adapt to problems every day. when i started i would grab the lumber build walls, floors, etc. after a while i had to be able to teach people what to do and continue learning myself. i have built many houses and editions it has taught me a lot about a hard days work and how to lead someone that doesn't know what you know.
