  • Benefits Professional is responsible for completion of day-to-day tasks and activities required to support corporate and client benefits and unemployment administration. This position works as part of Benefits Team to meet internal and client needs.

  • Supports internal members, clients and client employees in regards to Unemployment and Benefit Administration.
  • Unemployment Administration
  • Assist internal employees and clients with questions regarding unemployment cases and processes. Make recommendations on steps to take during the process.
  • Delegates cases in Equifax Case Builder to the appropriate Client Service Professional.
  • Responsible for the Unemployment Administration for Andy Frain Services, Troika Entertainment and Work Light Productions:
  • Gathers information and responds to State requests for separation information in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and represent clients at Unemployment Hearings.
  • Reviews Unemployment Determinations from the State. Assesses whether an Appeal is applicable and/or viable.
  • Primary contact for inquiries from State Agencies.
  • Completes Wage Benefit Audits in response to State inquires. Coordinates with Client Service Professional as necessary.
