  • Led seven technicians in the troubleshooting and repair of four automated test stations saving the Navy $57,000 in contractor costs.
  • Directed five technicians and three contractors in the installation of 31 automated test stations, coming in under budget and delivered on time under tight time constraints enabling the department to meet deployment requirements.
  • Coordinated the training requirements of 330 personnel across four divisions, ensuring qualifications were maintained and all new personnel met their milestones.
  • Led 52 asset managers in the establishing 100% accountability of over 12,537 support equipment line items valued at $160 million.
  • Supervised 33 calibration managers in the tracking and servicing of 4,251 calibrated items ensuring 100% compliance with the Metrology and Calibration Program.

  • Directly trained by Grumman aerospace engineers for four years on troubleshooting and component repair which included interpreting complex schematics and wiring diagrams, service manuals and the use of specialized diagnostic equipment.
  • Over the course of several years working at Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) Mid-Atlantic, completed 1,700 maintenance actions, QA inspected over 6,900 avionic components and supervised the completion of 11,000 maintenance actions.
  • Worked with Lockheed engineers to fix incorrect wiring diagrams for a test station interconnecting device saving the Navy $50,000 in additional contractor fees.
  • While deployed to the USS Enterprise (APR-OCT 2001) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Cross-trained on multiple test stations and repaired 200 avionic components with a ready-for-issue rating of 94%.
  • While deployed to the USS Harry S. Truman (DEC 2002-JUN 2003) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, restored two test stations returning them to full mission capability and repaired 185 avionic components.
  • While deployed to the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (FEB-JUL 2009), repaired three RADAR Communication test stations which were critical to the department's ability so maintain a 93.7% component repair rating.
  • While deployed to the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (JAN-JUL 2010), Directed nine technicians in the expeditious repair of 179 avionic RADAR components enabling the 99.3% sortie completion rating in support of theatre operations.
  • Coordinated 11 technicians in the completion of 4,450 maintenance actions on 31 test stations, maintaining 98% test station availability.
  • Supervised 43 technicians in the repair of 4,187 avionic components achieving a component availability rating of 97.3%.
