As an Associate Engineer 2 I am responsible for the installation and operation of electronic instrumentation on conventional weapons effects on tests done by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency primarily at White Sands Missile Range, Stallion Site. I have also been involved in several tests done at Kirtland Airforce Base.
Other duties include:
Bunker operation used for the Data Acquisition System (DAS) for DTRA tests.
Timing and Firing system setup used for the Data Acquisition System (DAS) for DTRA tests.
Optics setup for DTRA tests done at Kirtland Airforce Base. Digital High Speed Camera System cameras used were primarily the Phantom V711 and Phantom 641. I have over a year's worth of experience setting up and operating Digital High Speed Camera Systems. I have learned a great deal and am completely confident in my abilities in this area.
I have been trained in the Safety Supervisor position in preparation as a replacement for when the current Safety Supervisor retires.
Gauge calibration in the gauge calibration lab including accelerometers and pressure gauges.
Timing and Firing systems calibration.
Digital Radio(Microwave/Fiber Optic/Wireless) Transmission System setup and maintenance primarily using the Dragonwave, Harris dish, and the Ubiquiti airFiber systems. Fiber optic line pulling, termination, and maintenance done for tests at WSMR and Kirtland Airforce Base.
Aside from the duties posted above, I was also involved in a test done on radiation portal monitor systems. Extensive testing was done over a period of six months. I am familiar with six different systems (or vendors), and of the six I am extremely familiar with three of the systems, being an operator during testing.
I currently hold a Secret clearance through the Department of Defense (DOD).

Inspection of highway construction projects, taking measurements of areas to make sure they are in accordance to plans, testing of concrete being placed, taking densities of subgrade and basecourse work for paving projects, and reporting all quantities of materials used for contractor payments. New Mexico State inspectors are there to provide quality assurance for state/federal funded construction projects.
I have been an inspector on thirteen bridges, two concrete box culverts, and three interstate paving projects. I have been trained in bridge inspection, concrete testing, nuclear density gauges, drilled shafts, aggregates, and soils. I have certifications in concrete testing, nuclear density gauges, bridge inspection, and drilled shafts.
I worked closely with engineers, land surveyors and other key stakeholders on different infrastructure projects.
Inspected project sites to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, safety protocols and state sanitation standards.
Planned, organized, set priorities, and coordinated the work of the contractors engaged in State and Federally funded construction projects.
Assembled and shipped warheads on contract. I worked in is the pack out department where final inspection of the warheads was done then packed into boxes to be shipped out to the customer. I also worked on the assembly line assembling and testing different stages of the warhead.

Inspected and tested components, assemblies and power tools for proper functionality.
Recognized and reported defective material and equipment to shift supervisor.
