A Project Management Professional (PMP) and Intelligence Community Officer (ICO) certified mission oriented intelligence professional with over 30 years experience in providing support to the Department of Defense intelligence community. A retired US Army intelligence officer with experience across the range of intelligence disciplines but with a concentration in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) as an analyst and operations manager in active duty and post-retirement positions as a DoD government civilian at both the tactical and strategic military levels of operation. Provided analytic and reporting staff coordination, advise, mentoring to the command leadership and senior analysts. Monitored team progress and enforced deadlines in support of the local command. Conducted regular briefings on projects completed to senior leaders and staff.

Conducted Signals Intelligence analysis and managed intelligence personnel and mission requirements over a 23 year active duty military career. Conducted, trained, and supervised intelligence operations beginning near the end of the Cold War and continuing at several military installations both in the continental U.S. and overseas, during countless field exercises, and hostile area conflicts. Successfully led key projects which resulted in changes to the analytic and reporting processes in SIGINT across the military intelligence community. Planned and executed intelligence mission engagements overseas. Wrote intelligence-related policies and doctrine that guided operations for both current and future endeavors.
