During the many years I worked as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in the fast-paced arena of IT, I was also working as parent to find appropriate Assistive Technology supports for my son. In forming the non-profit ASSETS, I was able to articulate the AT needs of a community and brought AT services of all types to the SouthCoast. I have strong leadership, communication, management and community outreach skills which will be beneficial for building partnerships and relationships both internally and externally.
