Supported and assisted the Community Mgr in overseeing and managing the financial and operational aspects of the community by completing accounting and bookkeeping.
Preparing monthly close-out and financial reports, weekly and daily reports,processing invoices for payments, collecting rent, Delinquency reports and collections,completing bank deposits & using the property management software to record and track all information.
Process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.
Process resident move-ins by providing all lease details, cost, Move in letters and entering information into the property software.
Delegate daily work, coordinating maintenance and make ready tasks with the maintenance supervisor.
Respond to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner and take appropriate action to resolve issues
Support leasing and marketing . Greet New prospects, create guest cards, showing ready apartments or model. Highlighting the amenities
