Assistant Editor with background as a Scriptor and Footage Logger. Extremely detail-oriented and committed to creating a high-quality finished product. Strong sense of visual aesthetics. Key communication and writing skills.
I began working for Warm Springs Productions part time in March of 2013 while I finished my undergraduate degree. I worked for twenty two months as a Footage Logger, Fact Checker, and Scriptor, before graduating and was promoted to Assistant Editor. I have been doing Assistant Editor work for the last eight months, which entails building out timelines and syncing footage for editors, exporting daily cuts, and delivering cuts to the network, while also editing webisodes. I have worked primarily on shows like Mountain Men, which is the most successful show on the History Channel, and I have also worked on Legends and Lies, a highly successful Docudrama for the Fox News Network. Additionally, I have been the Night Supervisor for the last eight months, overseeing a group of 8-10 Footage Loggers and Scriptors, and solving any problems that might occur.
I worked at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor full time while in school. I was responsible for opening the shop at 4:30 AM and overseeing store operations and maintenance while also conducting financial audits every shift and making deposits at the bank. I also provided on-site training for new staff, monitored multiple databases to keep track of all company inventory, and generally kept the store running smoothly.
