Executive Profile
To improve the function of the Daycare as a director by paying minute attention towards the welfare of every single child and increase the enrollment numbers of the facility through excellent service. Philosophy of Early Childhood Education *Educating children's minds is an assignment that should not be taken carelessly. It is full of demands, resentments, and responsibilities. However, it is a task that is also filled with so much pleasure, wonder, and enjoyment. I believe that ever child has the capability to learn. As long as they are motivated and inspired by their teachers, they have so much learning in store for them. As a educator I need to be the leader in the learning, inspiration, behavior, and growth of the children in which I am in charge of. In order to relate to children bring them into their full potential, it is my duty to see that all my students are being inspired. They deserve my time and full attention in regards to their growth. I also desire to produce a classroom that is a safe learning environment for every child that walking into my building. If a child does not feel safe in my facility, whether it is physically, psychologically, or in a social context, their defense systems will go up and learning will diminish, possibly shut down all together. It is important to me that the children, as well as their parents, other teachers, and administrators; see me as someone they can approach, who will be fair and understanding.
