  • Maintains file of institutional documents including, but not limited to, board of trustee list, 501c3 status, indirect cost rate agreements, facilities statements and data management plans.
  • Provides guidance and follow-up to ensure post-award reporting requirements are met.
  • Makes decisions related to the OSPR in the absence of the Director.
