Responsible for employee weekly scheduling, payroll, reports, guest checks, and ordering equipment and supplies. Managed staff for high profile events for off property catering including Jim and Heather Murren, Nevada Cancer Institute, as well as other high profile local socialites. Managed all aspects of Shadow Creek Golf and Country Club celebrity, special and social events.

Developed and implemented Five Star standards through the introduction of new service structure and training of the Banquet servers.
