Collaborated with CIO and DCIO to establish and gain approval for the IT Enterprise Governance Board and Governance Program.   • Portfolio Management Leadership / Executive Reporting - Developed and deployed multiple EPPM tools (via SharePoint, MS Project Server, and in-house EPPM prioritization portal) to provide project transparency to executive stakeholders. Responsible for tracking key decisions/actions, approvals, and reporting compliance processes required for compliance with the city's IT policies, standards, guidelines, and methodologies; and 
  • PMO Professional Development - Established partnership with Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) to provide project management training and coaching to project managers from both organizations. Responsible for professional development training for EPMO.

  • Fiscal Management - Implemented end of fiscal year audit process improvements resulting in development of over 20 key financial reports used for federal, state, and local compliance reporting; saved organization $250K. Performed cost management reviews across all implementations; and
  • Risk Management - Completed Kronos Timekeeping Application Optimization Study resulting in system upgrade and multiple process improvements to improve audit reporting and reduce litigation risks related to time and labor issues.
