Straight out of high school I joined the mortgage industry in the interest of helping people, it was a great experience, and contributing to people achieving there dream of owning a home was invaluable, however After a few years, I grew restless of having a desk job and wanted more of what the world had to offer, so I joined the Navy. The Navy allowed me to expand my horizons in so many ways. I met many interesting people, took in different culture, and achieved a perspective I couldn't have gotten any other way, all while I learned the value or hard work and perseverance. My time in the navy allowed me to gain experience leading hundreds of my peers and everything from charity events to combat exercises.
Upon leaving the Navy, I decided to use my new technical knowledge, coupled with my past experience with mortgage, and got a job as an application support specialist at LoanDepot, where I am able to be the central hub of so many IT facets, including, Database management, Software Development, Technical Troubleshooting, and ITIL Standards.
I am hungry to learn and grow even still, and it is the number one thing that drives me. I excel at finding create solutions to Unique problems, and find a deep sense of accomplishment in making the Impossible, Possible. I Enjoy working in a Diverse Team, and like to be challenged. Given the opportunity, I always impress.
I operate as a second Tier Technician for In-house and third party Software, including Empower, Microsoft Office, Telecommunications. I Regularly use Microsoft Management Studio 2014, Visual Studio 2015 and Active Directory. I also assist in testing for Releases to insure Seamless updates. I work With SQL, and C# to troubleshoot, and automate Repetitive processes.
