My Current position as a Amazon Dock Associate PG, I am familiar with most aspects of the Inbound process, as to receiving our product from vendors as well as parcel sortation. I have knowledge and experience in stowing, receiving, problem solving, prep, RSR, receiving non con and shipping it out. As a Process Guide my function is support my Process Assistant with all aspects to promote employee engagement, keep up morale, and motivate all associates through effective leadership. As well a help all associates with the freight check in process or any other job issues. Part as my function as Process Guide it's my job to ensure that trailers are in the dock door, sign bills, ensure we are using the correct ISA, making stickers for vendor appointments for checking in pallets. My past job I worked for The Arizona Department of Corrections for several years, I held several positions as I promoted through the ranks. I have manage several persons at a time, as well persons in custody. I have managed entire prisons on a daily basis.

Hired as a stower, work as dock process guide for shift 4 for the last 2 years. This year will be my fourth peak season,  I have knowledge and have been trained in the following areas: problem solver, RSR, Non con receiver, all types of Pit equipment. I run the dock and personal when my Process Assistant is not available.

Started as corrections officer and worked my way through the ranks.  I had lots of duties to include executive protection of the director of prison and investigate crimes committed by person in custody as well as staff members.  Specialized in prison and street gang intelligence.  
Accomplishments

I was part of the Away team that went to ONT 2 went as a pit trainer but was used as Inbound Dock PA for night shift as well as a Pit Trainer. Implemented our dock process for vendor and parcels at there location as well as showing dock associates each position and responsibilities.  I was part of a kaizen here at PHX 6 that utilized our dock associates more efficiently to receive more and achieve a faster rate on the parcel freight lines. It is a process that is still used today. I completed correctional officer training academy and police officer training for AZ Post.
