-Utilizes all Microsoft Office applications, as well as, any computerized technical data concerning aircraft and personnel.

-Applied technical training and knowledge of Aircraft Structural Maintenance to perform daily duties such as fabrication, corrosion inspection and prevention, damage assessment and repair to sheet metal and advanced composite structures.

-Expertly uses sheet metal tools, drills, reamers, and metal working equipment to fabricate parts and repair F-15 aircraft.

-Ability to manage a heavy work load and prioritize assigned projects in an efficient manner.

-Regularly fabricate parts, patches, and other assemblies using titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum sheet metal.

-Performed DEPO level maintenance on Air Force F-15 aircraft such as panel removal and installation, and fabrication and repairs to critical areas such as wings and fuel retaining areas.

-Hand formed and heat treated metal parts and assemblies.

-Drilled, reamed, and cold-worked all fastener and non-fastener holes to ensure compliance with technical standards

-Utilized training and expertise to repair cracked or broken skins, bulkheads, frames, hinges, doors, panels, and flight controls.

-Completed numerous aircraft washing procedures along with post wash corrosion inspections.

-Experienced in mixing and application of adhesive compounds and sealants such as 1751 metal set, 956 fiberglass epoxy, 934 adhesive, as well as A and B half sealant.

-Performed advance composite repairs to include honeycomb, boron, graphite, and fiberglass replacement, fabrication, and core replacement repairs to Air Force F15 aircraft

-Utilized shop tools and equipment to hand form and/or fabricate ribs, sub-structures, patches, and hinges. Tools and equipment include hand benders, metal rollers, powered and non-powered shears, band saws with spot welders, shrinking and stretching machines, hole punches, belt sanders, drill presses, clecos, rivet squeezers, bucking bars, various blind fastener guns, hammers, punches, and other associated metal working tools.

-Avidly followed guidance in the area of corrosion control. Stripped, sanded, primed, and painted aircraft surfaces in order to maintain and prevent corrosion control efforts.

-Reamed and precisely measured drilled holes in order to install and replace hi-tigue and/or close tolerance fasteners.

-Removed, replaced, and/or installed fasteners to include hi-tolerance/close fit Jo-bolts, hi-locks, B100, cherry-max, Olympic, solid rivets, huck bolts, stump bolts, Zues fasteners, bolts, and screws

-Excellent in interpreting and reading Technical Orders and blueprints for repairs and fabrication of metal, cable, and tubing assemblies and parts.

-Specialized in the repair and fabrication of honeycomb core flight controls.

-Performed phase inspections of F-15 aircraft.

-Provided typical sheet metal repairs such as flush and non-flush, removal and replacement of damaged fasteners, and bonded structural parts and assemblies.

-Trained and practiced in Armament and Egress safety procedures.

-Knowledge and application of aircraft jacks and leveling procedures in accordance with technical orders.
