I was the Director of Nursing for this company for a year, prior to assuming the role of Administrator.

1).marketing the diverse community that is Vick Street Manor.As a non profit, and assisted living/ Limited Mental Health facility, there was an enigma associated with the facility due to the LMH license.
2) emphasizing the assisted living facility side
3). place the LMH side as a secondary
4)  moving inappropriate residents  to Nursing Homes and hospitals.
Generated new business by
1) markeing the Assisted Living Community for VSM.  
2). Emphasize the need for private pay residents and collecting community fees that were not being collected.
 4). Collect on outstanding Medicaid payments.
