I have currently been on loan to the DMS HR Training Unit. I have set up and prepared training for the new eStar system. This includes designing, altering curriculum, preparing the database for new entries, booking classrooms, scheduling classes, teaching 95% of the class (in a lecture and hands on environment), processing evaluations and making needed adjustments based on the classes as well as the evaluations. Handles email and telephonic communications. Diffuse difficult situations. Run reports and queries daily. Process reports and queries for distrabution weekly. Runs the First State Financial application process. Reconcile Procurement cards. Coordinate calander. Set up meetings and training sessions for 10-100 people. Process finicial documents.
