  • Internet leads - Reviewing and uploading customers request received on official company site pertaining to new security systems, new monitoring services, additional addon to existing systems thus assisting the Sales department to initiate new sale or provide additional security services to existing customers.

  • Quality Assurance- Listening to calls as per the call pull request raised by managers of various departments, sometimes from dealers and analyze the calls in details.
  • Provide overview of call based on knowledge retention, attention to details, flexibility, agent's friendliness, handling situation in calm under pressure etc to respective managers which would help them to assist their agents based on overall performance.
  • Re-task- To liaise with local dealers and customers in order to reschedule the system installation appointments.
  • Revoking Security Service- If the contracts are not received within defined time frame the system need to be taken out of service,.
