personnel and administration-related services for more than 100 staff members in the Sub-Regional Office of ECLAC and for
the Liaison Office of UN Environmental Programme. Responsibilities included ensuring that all administrative actions were in
compliance with UN Staff Rules and Regulations as well as the Financial Rules and Regulations. Assisted senior officials wtih
