My professional mission is to supply students with skills and resources to help elevate production in the classroom and community. We have a responsibility for not only improving but actively counteracting the conditions that place some students at risk and helping them overcome obstacles that hinder achievement in and out of the classroom. Contributing to students' esteem by having them identify with their individual cultures, recognizing the influences that have shaped their thinking and behavior. As educationalists, we must equip our students to be the future leaders of our communities and beyond. My students must be able to empathize with those whom they lead to make them feel valued. By focus on promoting equity and diversity by setting norms in my classroom that promote inclusion and openness. Striving to offset all components of the educational debt by providing materials, considering family dynamics, and understand and not assume students are completely ready to learn when they enter the building.
