I have a strong work ethic by maintaining employment with the same employer for longer times than individuals my age since my high school days. Being employed in the food industry has defined and developed my personality to be able to work with all types of people from different backgrounds. This quality would allow me to be a team player.
I will graduate in the upcoming months by finishing an online class with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Human Resources. This education will allow me to easily recognize employment confirmations and tax documents in mortgage processing.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to be around family who have been mortgage loan processors as well as loan officers. I have familiarized myself with their duties and what has inspired me to pursue this career path. While working in a law officer over the past year I actually was able to see what most mortgage loan processors don't see is the end result and that is the ultimate closing of the real estate loan.
Although, I lack actual mortgage loan processing experience I am a quick learner whose motivated in excelling in this chosen career path. I have completed a full length accredited program and have attached my Certificate of being a Certified Contract Loan Processor.
