  • Creation of profiles of accepted permit applicants into CCMS
  • Assist both new and current Providers, answering questions regarding permit, missing documentation, fees and credit classes available
  • Provide knowledge and easy registration to interested parties seeking to become a Fairfax County Permit holder
  • Review submissions of new Child Care Facility Application which then are forwarded to Director for approval
  • Assist providers with retrieval of FILE Provider ID and PIN for course registrations
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Uses various computer systems to input, maintain, edit, retrieve, and track data. Systems include: Open Text/ECMS, CCMS (Child Care Management System), and Minute Menu/Kid Kare (USDA CACFP Food Program). As well as other desktop applications such as: Foxit Phantom PDF Reader, ScandAllPro, RightFax, Capture Center/Open Text Scanning application, Adobe Acrobat, and other automated systems and technology.
