Provide research, analysis, technical and quality control support for the preparation of documents for the Secretary of Agriculture, the Under Secretary for Natural Resources and Environment and other senior department staff, Handle and direct the flow of all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Train and mentor junior members of the correspondence team. Conduct quarterly training classes in correspondence procedures and techniques. Direct a 4-member research staff.
