  • As my resume indicates, during my present employment with Pioneer Health Care Management I direct, supervise, train all activity aide’s and several volunteers. I provide the staff schedule and daily census, order, and purchase supplies for the department, make monthly calendars of events which includes a balance of recreational activities including physical, social, religious, arts and crafts, and intellectual activities. I also implement a special calendar for behavior residents to ensure a well-rounded program is established. I especially work very closely and pay attention to detail to the facilities secured dementia unit which I implement a separate calendar of events. I also promote and provide use of leisure time, which include entertainment, field trips to community facilities, eateries, and museums, but as we know has changed due to the COVID-19 virus. I also implement care plans on each resident as well as MDS’s, progress notes and significant change documentation as required to follow state regulations. I am also part of the IDT, clinical, behavior meetings and care conferences.
