This type of work includes 1)preparing motions for the courts. 2) responding to written, telephonic, electronic and personal inquiries regarding legal proceedings and records. 3) assist in the preparing of legal case file materials. Manage the dynamic caseload of each assigned probationer which includes weekly and/or monthly scheduled meetings, select site visits and reporting. Direct contact with courts and numerous reporting agencies to ensure compliance. Assist co-workers and other teammates on demand with the flexible nature of a changing caseload.
