Professional Summary

I am reliable, dedicated, passionate, and ready to "fight the good fight" with tact, grace, and wisdom. I prioritize building a quality team, as human capital and leadership in any company can make or break goals and objectives and is therefore, its' most valuable resource. I am looking to work with a company/team that knows that we can influence change and that we can gain traction to promote company and program successes. If your program/company/department is doing well, maybe we can redefine "well" through expansion and growth. If it has not met its' full potential, I would be very interested in discussing how we can gain better insight from stakeholders and promote strategic improvements. I excel when I can work on multiple complex projects in a fast-pace setting.

Accomplishments
  • Presented with Exemplary Leadership Award by a community partner, Planned Parenthood North Central States at Progress on the Prairie, Fargo, ND 2020
  • Received full allocation asks for FY2 and FY3 of my three year competitive grant via continuation applications
