When I worked for Penta i worked at the Bethlehem water treatment facility. We constructed the new UV building, installed the UV units, did pipe fitting for all the piping in the UV building and the filter building. We did excavation on the old filter media and put in new media.
I am in charge of operations at the Rosebrook Water System in Twin Mountain, NH. i manage and operate the system. It has been difficult so far but i love the challenge. i deal with upwards of 250 PSI. Hydrants that have been hit by cars so i had to replace them with limited gate valves. Water main breaks. The system has been neglected for 10 plus years so i am in charge of bringing its integrity back. I do operate other systems such as Gunstock, with multiple pressure zones and 6 pump stations. I treat water and test it daily making sure its safe to drink. I do Bacteria sampling, chemical sampling, shocking when necessary, pipe and valve repairs, water shut offs, meter reading, and general water system maintenance.
