RE: Sheet Metal Worker wanted
Dear Mr. Owens,
I am writing to apply for the position of Sheet Metal Worker listed on your company’s website. With over 12 years of experience in construction and metal work, I possess a the comprehensive skill set and hands-on understanding necessary to affect positive, overreaching outcomes in this role.
Before I started working as a professional in the industry, I completed the sheet metal program at Evenfoote College of Vocations Studies, and I have extensive experience working on construction sites where I gained valuable knowledge in this field. During my progressive career, I have learned how to inspect surfaces properly to look for imperfections. I learned to pay close attention to details, so I have the skills to find problems that could easily be overlooked.
My specialty is operating a variety of machines and equipment used to cut, bend and form the metal pieces into the shapes needed to fit together perfectly. I also have the ability to use welding equipment to connect the pieces together. I understand the dangers of using some of the machinery and the safety guidelines and regulations needed to maintain a safe working environment and to prevent injuries.
The depth of experience I can offer is a great fit for your team’s needs in Sheet Metal Worker. I look forward the opportunity learn more about this opportunity and to discuss how I can contribute my strengths at Rhoades Technologies and Corporate Services.
I appreciate your taking the time to review my credentials and experience.
Sincerely,
Nolan Santana
