Dear Mr. Cooke,
I would like to be considered for the process server opening. I read about it on the Internet this afternoon and thought my detailed knowledge and experience in the profession fits the profile. I have operated as a process server for a number of years in the state of City, State presenting court orders summonses and subpoenas. I have worked for attorneys court clerks and magistrates.
I am familiar with the procedures and actions associated with process serving as governed by the state judiciary. I am constantly expanding my network of resources for finding people who do not want to be located. I also have an amicable personality and the interpersonal skills needed to find and deal with individuals of all kinds who might not be happy to see a process server. In five years I have been fortunate to have never encountered an extreme situation. But I do believe a lot of that has to do with my demeanor and my professional approach to the job. I have an admirable talent for defusing stress. I also run very fast.
Being a process server takes patience and diligence both traits which I have in spades. After you look at my resume I would like to talk more about being your process server.
Best Regards,
Mallory Pineda
