I was the branch manager at James’ last employer before the federal government forced the branch to close. The impropriety that inspired the closure occurred in the headquarters and is not a reflection of my or James’ performance.
James is a fair loan officer who is not afraid to make difficult decisions at critical moments. When James does decide to take a risk, he always backs up his decision with solid facts. I never had a problem with any of the risky loans James wrote, especially when his default rate was below five percent. He is a great judge of people and he makes solid business decisions.
