I am passionate about the Director of Operations Management and working within the community. During my career with in the Animal Operational Management industry I have been fortunate enough to work a professional or receive the gratification as a volunteer, while offering my expertise to help service my shelter and community. I have learned and worked along side some of the best experts within their field of study and or professional careers, By doing so has allowed me a diversified knowledge base and expertise basis of successful operational sheltering management. As volunteer, I am a groomer by trade and would service severe case trauma, that would hopefully lead to a healthy adopted loving family member. Offer assistance for grooming services to the public who were financially impaired to pay full services. Free nail service and baths to the elderly. I would conducted basic medicals, intake, adoptions, microchips, website photography, adoption runs state and out of state/ quarantine and medicals, veterinarian assisted when required, van driver, lunch retriever,,, Manager of volunteers, front lobby, back lobby and inmate community service program and much more.
I still take calls as a volunteer investigator in Blount County when needed. As Director of Operations I conducted the start up operations, 501C-3 requirements, Hired Legal representation, Animal Control Investigators. Implemented the MOU between Field ACO Investigator, ER/ Veterinarian and County Shelter hand off of responsibility. I wrote the Shelter and Cruelty Investigations Standard Operating Procedures. Developed a database management legal record archival and identification code. Developed and created all TN state ACO investigation county forms. Have witnessed and or wrote state/federal/ local crime case reports, testified and close out comment/resolution files. Management follow up on court fined funding, probation and or parole requirements and regulations. Managed and trained all NACA personnel for sheltering, emergency sheltering, crime scene, testifying in a court of law setting and the utilization of when and what forms to implement and why.
