I ultimately would like to be in a department that is administrative in nature as well as fast-paced and challenging. I would use my existing skills to motivate and create a collaborative team environment by using my background within the organization of employee training and team building events.
I excel in organizational communications and can effectively manage project tasks requiring interaction with multiple departments. I am able to also help resolve any issues in a professional and respectful manner. I am currently focused on developing efficient processes using knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, training and development and would openly welcome any continuing education units to further my skill set and knowledge.
