Resentment by a parent thinking there is favoritism of one parent to the other.
Crisis intervention training and experiences takes on several factors such as when visits occur and the situation where there is a need to calm down all parties and knowing when the limit is to end visit when necessary.
Asking assistance of the social worker to iron out whatever the situation may occur during the visit that interferes with actual 1 to 1 pleasant visit time with the family as a whole.
It may take the direction by the social worker or immediate coordinator to end the visit and how to deliver the direction to end the visit which will include part A- what negative behavior has caused a negative visit-, part B- who are the instigators who are participating in a negative reaction at a visit, and part C-what actions have caused the visit to end.
An incident report is mandated to be filed and contact social worker immediately.
