I have the correspondent of an Associates Degree in Business
Administration from University Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela with more than twenty years of experience in administration, customer service, event planning, and training.
I'm presently working as a Human Resources Specialist. In the
exercise of my duties I facilitate the effective compliance with the Office of Human Capital policies, directives and requirements acting as a liaison between local management and OHC.
Prior to that, I worked as a Manager's Assistant at Electromania (an electronic whole sale establishment). At this assignment I was
in charge of the Warranty Department, I ensure the proper analysis and
efficient handling of claims while managing the costs, as well as coordinating field investigations prior to final negotiating claim settlements.
My experience in the field of administration and human resources has always been working with high management officials. I posses an
excellent written and verbal command of both English and Spanish with translation capabilities, in addition to being proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. My education and work experience have helped me develop an ability to establish priorities and work along with my co-workers. I'm a motivated self-starter who needs little or non-supervision.
