  • MARTA - Atlanta Beltline Streetcar Alternatives Analysis, GA: Currently serve as the lead modeler for developing ridership forecasts for the extension of BeltLine East Streetcar corridor, which includes developing, calibrating, and validating an existing year STOPS model, determining key travel markets, and evaluating the transit alternatives. STOPS is being used to model the alternatives which include the use of heavy rail, BRT and LRT technologies.
  • Orlando International Airport (OIA) Connector Refresh Alternatives Analysis, Florida DOT: Served as a lead modeler for evaluating 14 multi-modal alternatives for the study. The alternatives impact the special generators in the area including several of the nation's highest attended theme parks. The project efforts included re-calibrating the model's special purposes, evaluating the impacts of these changes to the rest of the model, modeling the alternatives and selecting the locally preferred alternative.
  • Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) On-Board Survey Expansion: Assisted in the development of on-board survey expansion methodology for COTA's entire fixed-route system. The methodology utilized automated passenger counter data in an iterative proportional fitting methodology to expand survey records, by on-to-off flow, time-of-day, and direction.
  • Ohio Department of Transportation Transit Research, Columbus, OH: Performed data analysis and project support to evaluate various methods of flow estimation and data expansion for the Central Ohio Transit Authority's entire transit system. The project will be used to guide the state-of-the-Ohio Transit Authority's entire transit system.
  • Florida DOT Central Florida Regional Planning Model (CFRPM) Updates: served as the technical consultant for various transit model updates to CFRPM in Cube Voyager. Work tasks involved developing transit networks and running different alternatives for long-range planning for the transit agencies, including existing and committed Cost Feasible alternatives.
  • South Florida East Coast Corridor Study, South Florida: involved in the study with the team responsible for travel demand modeling and ridership forecasting. Analyzed several transit surveys to gain insights of the changes in the travel market characteristics. This analysis helped to better understand the observed fluctuations in the boardings on the Tri-Rail system and in turn helped in forecasting ridership on the Florida East Coast Corridor.
  • Dublin, Ohio 2035 Travel Demand Model Update, Ohio: Assisted in updating the future year travel demand model for the City of Dublin, Ohio to a 2035 forecast year. This task involved updating the external trip tables and modifying the socio economic land use.
