  • Prepare, approve, and submit invoices, contracts, agreements, Memorandums of Understanding and budget requests certifying accuracy and compliance.
  • Review expenditures, project future budgetary needs and make recommendations to Transit Manager regarding staffing, procurement, and equipment or other needs for the division.
  • Intergovernmental relations; coordinate with other departments within the city.

  • Metro, Los Angeles County, City of San Marino, Access Services) on issues related to the city's transit program operations and reporting.
