Planned prestigious 400-person annual event for one of the nation's oldest continuous-running LGBTQ publications, with less than 1 month's notice.

  • Publisher lost their in-house event planner without notice and nothing done for their fast approaching event.
  • Designed, coordinated and marketed highly anticipated annual party with 400 of the City's Who's Who. Accelerated invitations, venue layout, decor, F&B, sponsors, silent and live auctions, awards show with multiple Guests of Honor, Emcee, VIP speakers (including Denver Mayor, Colorado Governor and Hillary Clinton pre-taped video), full AV production and entertainment, ticketing (including infamous "I'm on The List" list), run of show and onsite management.
