Ten years of experience in information projects.   • Manages federally funded E-Rate program and project documentation with attention to milestones and deadlines.1.5 million average annual revenue, and $3.5 million annual application based on telecommunication expenses for 84 schools that educate 48,000 students.
  • Analyzes detailed telecommunications invoices to create descriptions of service documents and to cost-allocate ineligible services.
  • Employs project management documentation and other software to document and track multiple projects schedules, work flows, receivables, deliverables, reports and budgets, and communicates the results to management effectively and frequently regarding the following District-wide IT Projects: www.ccsdschools.com district website content management, District Technology Plan, emergency phone communication system, and Data Quality initiative.
  • Updates and tracks district-wide software asset database and supports processing of school renewals for 84 schools. Liaison between all contributors to ensure participants has current information.
  • Evaluates and generates budget reports using financial software regarding technology and software accounts to develop cost benefit analysis, forecast estimates-at-completion, and estimate the risk and opportunities. Analyzes data to summarize findings, and develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
  • Constructs routine and ad hoc reports to facilitate communication.
  • Reconciles data discrepancies and corrects errors in cost charging for narrow segment of statement of work.
  • Clarifies the purpose and importance to emphasize major points, and follows a logical sequence.

  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to specify projects, coordinate work, and monitor progress.
  • Implements quality assurance function, including documenting process improvements required to ensure project success.
  • Coordinates scheduling for new computer installations in the classrooms, MAP labs, and in the District offices to modernize all the schools with new computers, SMART boards, iPads, and technology related equipment. Creates and updates budget reports regarding the allocation of funds.
  • Cultivates document management system including hard copy and electronic filing systems while constantly seeking to improve file storage and retrieval processes.
  • Generates monthly payroll to facilitate payment for IT contractor's services.
