Summary

Hello I am Jake Hipps, I am currently enrolled at York College of Pennsylvanian as a full time student. I am working for my bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. I am very interested in applying for your Technician supervisor for this summer. I have worked For Maryland Security Professionals for a year now and i would like to apply for this supervisor job. I have had experience of leading people in my life in multiple work experiences as well as sports. I was a Captain of my high school wrestling team for two years. During this time of being a Captain I learned the importance of being a leader in the sense of pointing people in the right direction to achieve the best possible outcome for their season as well as setting the proper example of work effort. I have also worked as a Baseball Umpire in which I was tasked of properly managing the rules and the teams of Baseball to have the best possible out come for the game. I have also worked a Bus Boy in which it taught me the importance of having pride in your work and to work even harder. After reading your requirements for your job I believe that I am a perfect fit for your Technician Supervisor position. I ask that you look over the rest of my resume proving my point.
